Nviro Rugs uses the information you share to respond to rug enquiries and develop quotations for your project.

When you enquire

Our website saves your name, email address, buyer type, destination, requested design and size, project message, enquiry reference, time and general traffic source. Country information may be provided by our hosting service. These details are available only to the Nviro Rugs owner through a protected dashboard. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Email and WhatsApp links open those services. If you use them, their own privacy practices apply, and you still need to send your message there.

Understanding website activity

We use first-party activity reporting to count page loads, rug views, enquiry starts, and email and WhatsApp clicks. It records approximate country, general device type, referring website hostname and campaign source, where available. It does not collect the contents of the enquiry form as activity events.

We do not use advertising cookies or store a persistent analytics identifier in your browser. A daily changing anonymous key helps estimate visitors and limit spam. It is derived securely from connection information; raw IP addresses and full browser user-agent strings are not saved in our activity or enquiry database. The hosting service may process connection information to deliver and protect the site.

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings are respected for activity reporting. You may also turn it off for this browser below. Your enquiries will still work. Your preference is stored locally on this device.
