Yes. Share your preferred dimensions and palette, or bring us a design reference. We will confirm the construction, design and colour direction with you before production.
How long will my rug take?
Timing depends on the size, design and current production schedule. We confirm an estimated production and shipping timeline with your quotation before you place the order.
How are shipping and import charges handled?
Shipping is quoted for your rug and destination. Your quotation will set out the delivery arrangements and responsibility for import duties and taxes before payment.
Can I discuss a sample first?
Yes. Tell us about your project and ask about sampling. Sample availability, cost and timing are confirmed as part of your enquiry.
Do you work with trade buyers?
